All Boats WA Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company based in the port city of Fremantle, Western Australia.

We own and operate commercial vessels from Bunbury, Fremantle and Kwinana in support of Charterers, Ship Owners or their Agents with a focus on meeting and exceeding industry requirements.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Heath STEWART

Heath is responsible for ABWA’s strategic direction and overall management. He oversees commercial activities from initial proposal and client engagement through to project commencement, delivery and completion.

OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Rachel PAPARONE

Rachel leads ABWA’s safety, compliance and business support functions, providing direction to operational and administrative personnel. She develops and maintains the company’s SMS, policies and procedures, monitors compliance, and oversees HR, payroll, accounts and digital systems.

Dean YOUNG

As a member of our Operations Team, Dean leads ABWA’s day-to-day marine operations, providing operational guidance and training to crew. He coordinates fleet maintenance and readiness to ensure vessels and personnel are prepared to meet client and port requirements.

OPERATIONS TEAM - Scheduling

Lliam BURKE

As a member of the Operations Team, Lliam coordinates ABWA’s operational scheduling including vessel movements and crew rosters.  They also ensure Shipping Schedules are executed safely, efficiently and on schedule without delay to the Port, Pilots, Tugs and Mooring Gangs.
